After several hours of work on Saturday trying not only to get my PSone emulator to run but also trying to get the sound to work properly and my recording equipment to work I have finally got a setup that is all sweet. The game that I have chosen for this LP is Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage, or Gateway to Glimmer outside of the US(What's up with Insomniac changing the name of their games?). Other games that I had on my list to LP for the PSone were:
Bugs Bunny & Taz: Time Busters
Crash Team Racing
Rayman 2
Crash Bandicoot 2
Donald Duck: Quack Attack(Or "Going Quackers" in the US. Seriously, what's with all the name changes?)
Rugrats Studio Tour
Crash Bandicoot 3
Harry Potter & The Philosophers Stone
Make sure you look out for these games in the future as I will be LP'ing all of them in future!

LP Problem solved
Well, after an annoying couple of days I finally managed to work around Part 41 of Let's Play Pokemon Emerald being deleted, it was quite simple too. All I had to end up doing was download a save file off the internet that was relatively close to the 8th gym and just work my way back to the spot where I started in Part 41 with my team being recreated with level and wild Pokemon modifier Game Shark codes. The hardest part about doing this though was that Juan's Kingdra was an absolute pain in the butt to take down this time around whereas in my original recording I completely mopped the floor with him.

Part 41 of Let's Play Pokemon Emerald deleted
So I hop on my computer today and decide I will finally get around to editing and uploading the latest part of my Pokemon Emerald LP which also happens to be the 8th gym battle. To my surprise I found no trace of the video or audio files(Although the audio file doesn't matter as I can easily do post-commentary) and it seems like I'll have to skip this part altogether. My dad was messing around on the computer the last couple of days and the most likely cause of these missing files are his stupidity and him deleting my LP stuff. I'm using a freeware program as I type this to try and recover the files but if that doesn't work I have almost no way of recovering the files apart from doing a system restore and praying that it recovers those files. So the moral of the story is don't let your parents touch technology. EVER.
